Pretties by Scott Westerfeld
*SPOILER ALERT*
So, I just finished reading “Pretties” by Scott Westerfeld the sequel to “Uglies” and I must say that this book was so worth reading. Am a little angry cause am a sucker for happy endings and once again Scott has left me with an incomplete ending. When is Tally going to be happy? She never ends up happy her life is never happy she always ends up in mayor messes am starting to feel very sorry for her. The love triangle was amazing but I love how its not the priority in the book, its just something a little extra. By the way am Team David don’t get me wrong I love Zane but David is just David hello her first Love and somehow David knows the really Tally the one behind that pretty face and he liked her before she was pretty so that’s always a plus.
This book showed us how important it is for us to learn how to grow our brains, to be opened minded to think for ourselves cause most of us live our lives the way we are supposed to cause that’s whats right instead of learning whats right for us individually.
If you read Pretties give me your opinion if you haven’t I advice you to start reading Uglies it’ll rock your world. I still haven’t read “Specials” even though am anxious to know what happens next am not sure my brain can take so much intensity so am going to wait a while before I continue with this trilogy.
