The Host my casting ideas

I think Drew Fuller looks like a perfect Ian O’Shea there is no doubt about that. He has that sweet but steamy sexy, strong look.

Jared can be perfectly played by Jensen Ackles. Just look at him he looks just like Jared. He looks tough and extremely sexy.

At first I wasn’t sure if Shiri Appleby could make a perfect Melanie because she didn’t look that strong but after carefully thinking about she kinda does look like a Melanie.

Max Thieriot as Jamie. Am I right?

Paul Walker as Kyle

It might look kinda of weired at first but thrust me Paul Walker would be an awesome Kyle.

Amanda Seyfried as Wanda

I wasn’t so sure about her cause of her role on mean girls but then I saw Mamma Mia and it totally changed my mind.

Robert Duvall as Uncle Jeb

I still haven’t thought of the rest of the cast but if you have any ideas let me know.  Am really looking for Doc, so any Ideas??

Before, when Wanda kept on saying how huge Kyle and Ian were, I thought she was describing how… fat… they were… So all this time I thought Ian was in his mid-thirties or early forties, was fat, and had a thick beard… That was why I was EXTREMELY confused when Ian started to fall in love with Wanda…

  9. Oh ya, I think that Skandar Keynes from Narnia (the guy who played Edmund Pevensie) would be a great Jamie, as far as looks go. Or Josh Hutcherson from Bridge to Terabithia. I prefer Skandar Keynes, though, but if he really did get the part, I think his English accent would bother me because Jamie isn’t from England.

  17. Ok, yes. I LOVE Ian there. Just, wow. Yeah, lol. I’ve been looking for the perfect Ian for a while, and there he is! I really like Jared there too, definately, and Kyle is awesome. He looks like the Ian guy, but a little scarier, and not as…’soft’…and it’s great.

  33. Jensen Ackles as Jared would be perfect for the part. Strong, good looking, & sexy. Shiri really looks like a Melanie. And I’m sure Drew Fuller must be Ian. ^_^ Can’t wait for this movie!
